Renovation of a 3-Bedroom Apartment in the Centre of Karlovy Vary
A carefully designed renovation of a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a total area of 89 m², located in the attractive Čerták district in the centre of Karlovy Vary. The project focused on modernising the interior while preserving the original layout and natural character of the apartment.
The main goal of the renovation was to create a bright, functional, and timeless living space with an emphasis on clean lines, quality materials, and maximum use of natural daylight. The interior underwent a complete transformation that enhanced the openness of each room while introducing practical solutions for everyday living.
The renovation included a new kitchen fitted with Bosch appliances, a modern bathroom with an open walk-in shower, redesigned storage solutions, and a carefully unified palette of materials and interior details throughout the apartment. Great attention was also paid to the overall atmosphere of the interior, its connection to the surrounding greenery, and the preservation of the exceptional city views.
This project also demonstrates how a professionally designed renovation can dramatically transform the atmosphere and quality of living even without changing the original layout.
